At Rec Yard Apparel, we stand behind our message and our merch. Every piece we produce is made with purpose, care, and quality — but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.


Refunds, Replacements & Credits

If your item arrives with a defect or issue, just send us a snapshot of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
Once our team reviews it, you’ll have the option of a:

  • Replacement (same item, new piece)
  • Full Refund
  • Store Credit toward your next purchase

We process approved refunds or replacements within 5–7 business days after receiving your claim.


No-Hassle Guarantee

We don’t make you jump through hoops. Just email us your order number, photo of the defect, and your preferred resolution — and we’ll handle the rest.


Non-Refundable Items

Because of hygiene and custom print production, the following items can’t be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Custom-printed or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale pieces

Exchanges

Need a different size? If your item hasn’t been worn or washed, and inventory allows, we’ll exchange it for the correct fit. Buyer covers return shipping for non-defective exchanges.
